How does shipping & delivery work? Our products are print-on-demand which means the 1-7 day production begins when you order. We ship to all countries of the world, so ultimate shipping times vary, but most people receive all their items in the 1.5 to 2 week range. If you have an item that has passed 3 weeks and you're not receiving tracking messages, then you may contact us so we can make sure everything's ok with your order.
How do I track my order? You will receive an email confirming your order and tracking info. You can track via a downloadable app, or you can use the standard tracking number with the given carrier. Sometimes detailed tracking is not provided until your package gets to the last leg of the journey. Don't worry, this is normal and is due to the way some production houses ship using two carriers, one for bulk to regions, and then a smaller carrier for the final leg. You can always contact us if you're concerned about your delivery.
What if I think my order is lost or not delivered? If your package has not been received after 3 weeks, please send us a message through our Contact page including your order number and/or tracking number. We will investigate and find out what's wrong. Fortunately we rarely have to do this as shipping is pretty reliable.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes. We offer FREE global shipping on every product we sell.
Are there customs/import fees? We do not charge for any customs or import fees. Many products are produced on the same continent as delivered to, so these issues are largely avoided. But ultimately it is up to you to Google to find out how this is handled by your government's regulatory branch. If you suspect your country will charge you a lot for import, then it is recommended to account for that before you purchase.
